It is Mermaid Kisses' goal to provide the best products and service to all customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do all we can to make it right!
Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, incorrect, missing, etc. contact us within 7 business days of receipt of your order. Please read over the care card provided with your order and/or HERE. Broken items, due to customer negligence, are not eligible for exchange. Beyond any errors made by us, all sales are final.

Sometimes life happens, we get it. In the event that you may need to cancel your order, please contact us right away. If your order has already begun processing (usually within 24 hours) we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
