From the date of your payment, please allow up to 7 business days for us to create your order (10 business days for custom orders). International Shipping

Standard Shipping: 5-26 Business Days: $15.00

Priority Shipping: 6-10 Business Days + $100 Insurance: $35.00 

Priority Express Shipping: 3-5 Business Days + $100 Insurance: $50.00

Orders over $100 are eligible for FREE Standard Shipping.

TRACKING ORDERS

We will email tracking information as soon as your order has been packaged. If you have a Mermaid Kisses Account, you can also check the status of your order at anytime. If you do not have an account and have not received tracking information by the end of the estimated processing time frame, feel free to contact us!

PICK UP ORDERS

We will email pickup info as soon as your order has been packaged. Pickup is in Hitchcock, TX. If you arrive before we have contacted you, you will be asked to come back for pickup. From the date of your pickup email, your order must be picked up within 7 business days. If not picked up, you will be invoiced for standard shipping ($3.50). If no actions are taken, within 7 business days, your order will be considered closed. NO refunds will be given.

If you select the pickup option by mistake or just changed your mind, please contact us within 72 hours. After this time frame, you are responsible for shipping cost (we will have to re-open the order, put it back into processing and re-package it for shipping).

PACKAGE RESPONSIBILITY

We are not responsible for packages once they have been checked in by USPS. This includes (but is not limited to) lost, stolen or damaged packages. If tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors/family to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. If it still hasn't been found, please contact your local Post Office. You are responsible for filing a claim with USPS if the order is not found. Refunds are not issued due to USPS error.
CUSTOMER ERROR
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your order. If your order is returned to us, you will have to re-purchase shipping. You will also be responsible for postage fees that we may incur from the Post Office. Refunds are not issued due to customer error.
UNCLAIMED ORDERS

If you want to us reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package, that was returned to us, you will be responsible for the new shipping cost.
