TRACKING ORDERS

We will email you tracking information as soon as your order has been packaged. If you have a Mermaid Kisses Account, you can also check the status of your order at anytime. If you do not have an account and have not received tracking information by the end of the estimated processing time frame, feel free to contact us!

PICK UP ORDERS

We offer a pickup option at checkout. Please allow the above estimated amount of time for us to create your order. We will contact you with pickup instructions when it is ready. We are location in Hitchcock, TX. If you arrive before we have contacted you, you will be asked to come back for pickup. 

PACKAGE RESPONSIBILITY

We are not responsible for packages once they have been checked in by USPS. This includes (but is not limited to) lost, stolen or damaged packages. If tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors/family to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. You are responsible for filing a claim with USPS if the order is not found. Refunds are not issued due to USPS or customer error.
CUSTOMER ERROR
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your order. If your order is returned to us, you will have to re-purchase it. You will also be responsible for postage fees that we may incur from the Post Office.

UNCLAIMED ORDERS

If you want to us reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package, that was returned to us, you will be responsible for the new shipping cost.
