Thank you for your interest in Mermaid Kisses Jewelry and/or Daydreamer Jewelry Supply! Below, you will find our wholesale policies and an application for a wholesale account.
Initial orders must be either a minimum of any 10 jewelry items OR a minimum of $50 of cabochons. Minimum order requirements must be met in order for your items to ship. If minimums are not met, we will ask that an additional order be placed. 
After placing your initial order, there are no other minimum requirements. Order only what you need, when you need it.
Wholesale accounts receive 50% off of our regular retail prices. Once your account is approved, and you are logged in, you will see wholesale pricing. Prices may change without notice. You can price items at whatever price works for your customers, however we ask that you do not price below our retail price.
Third Party
We ask that you do not sell our Jewelry on 3rd Party Websites such as Etsy and Amazon. Cabochons are the only exception to this rule.
We also ask that you do not pre-sell our items in Buy In Groups. If we discover you are running this type of group, your account and orders will be cancelled. Your name and group will also be reported to fellow Brand and Business Owners. This is to protect the integrity of our brand, as well as our retailers. 
All items are hand made per order, to ensure quality. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to create your order before it is shipped (10 business days for custom orders). However, we aim to get orders out much quicker than this time frame. *Allow longer processing time during holidays. 
Orders are shipped via USPS. Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order has been packaged. 
Returns & Refunds
Considering most items are custom orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if any defects are found within the first 7 days (from date of delivery), we will replace, repair or refund (determined by seller). If your items arrive damage, please immediately email us a photo of the items.
While we do allow the use of our photos for your website and social media pages, we ask that you do not alter them or remove our logo!
Branding & Packaging
All jewelry will be packaged on Mermaid Kisses Jewelry branded cards (as shown in photos). Our brand must remain visible at all times. Cards are not to be re-branded, flipped over or replaced in any way.
*This does not apply to cabochons. 
We advertise on social media and at times may mention your shop. We also list frequent retailers on our "Store Locations" map. This is solely to benefit all parties involved.
We accept, and encourage, custom orders. There are no minimums per design. If you are interested in placing a custom order, click here
While we do offer occasional sales and specials to our Retail customers, please note that those specials are not applicable to wholesale customers. If an order is placed using a retail discount, your order will be cancelled and you will be asked to place it again.
Retailer Requirements
Appropriate documentation is required for your account to be approved. Texas retailers must provide a full photo copy of their Sales and Use Tax Certificate. All other retailers must provide a full photo copy of your Tax or EIN certificate according to your state. We will verify ID numbers before approval. 
You will also be asked to provide at least one websites (EX: Etsy Shop or Facebook Group). Please provide FULL URL links for social media and websites. Do not just type "@myshop".  Considering the time it takes and the fact that many shops share the same name, we will not search for your website. This means your application will be denied. If you do not know your URL link, please refer to the photos below.
